Before purchasing an SE-5 from us, a consultation is first needed. Please contact us at support@phoenixaurelius.org to schedule this. Please also send us a digital photo of yourself that follows these specifications:
-Full body, clothed photograph of yourself with no other living things in the frame and taken in good light. We need to see you from head to toe.
-Please do not wear a hat or sunglasses.
-Stand up against a white/light colored door or wall in a well lit room. If you are the only person around and have a full length mirror, you can take your photo that way, as long as there are no living things in the reflection of the mirror.
-Please do not wear the same color as the door/wall/background you are standing up against.
-Please name the photo with your first and last name, and preferably send it as either a .jpg or .png file.
Why we require an initial consultation
Not everyone is actually capable of operating an SE-5, some are not qualified to operate an SE-5, and others will likely find it difficult to calibrate and use in various areas. We want to save everyone the time, money, and hassle that many people go through by informing you what it will take to use the instrument properly or with any decent amount of precision. When purchasing an SE-5 from us, we provide you with 2 hours of training in how to use the device and software; this training is provided with private coaching. The SE-5 also comes with its own training software videos, an instruction manual, and a pdf book of various tunings. Ongoing trainings are also available at an additional cost to learn how to use the SE-5 2000 the way we use it here at the Phoenix Aurelius Research Academy.
Over the course of the next year or two, we are working on developing a complete online training system to assist you in mastering the art of Intrinsic Data Field Analysis. Phoenix has used it for pets, agriculture, ecological purposes, chemical analysis, and much more. He will be teaching not only how to use the SE-5 for clinical research, but also how to think about solving various challenges that many independent researchers face themselves with. It is Phoenix’s goal to help you learn how to think effectively so that you can research a wide variety of topics with stunning precision and how to balance the IDF’s of nearly anything imaginable.

• 1 ml bottle contains roughly 20 drops.
• 5 ml bottle contains roughly 100 drops, which is about 33 sprays.
• 15 ml bottle contains roughly 300 drops, which is about 100 sprays.
Customers can choose between 1 ml, 5 ml and 15 ml bottles. The 1 ml bottles are amber glass and have an orifice reducer that creates a built-in dropper. The 5 ml and 15 ml bottles are Miron dark violet glass and have a spray top. An additional dropper top can be purchased for either size by clicking here- 5ml dropper top and 15 ml dropper top.
To use the 1 ml bottle, unscrew the black cap, turn the product upside down, and use a finger to tap the bottle once for each desired drop to be released. When the bottle is upside down, product will only be released if it is tapped. So the number of taps will equal the number of drops.
To use the 5 ml and 15 ml bottles, use the pumppump a single spray directly into your mouth (under the tongue) or into a Phoenix Aurelius Measured Shot Glass with Spagyri-Zyme Probiotic Enzyme.
We strive to use eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Currently, our packing peanuts are biodegradable, and we use biodegradable packing tape and Scotch tape, along with recyclable cardboard boxes. Due to our commitment to sustainability, we do not shrink-wrap any of our products.
In late 2024, our company relocated to an off-grid facility deep in the wilderness of rural West Virginia to better align with our values. We literally live and work "Over the River(s) and through the Woods." This remote location means the wild-harvested herbs and mushrooms we grow and source are as pure as it gets, completely untouched by agricultural contaminants. But let’s be real—it also makes getting packages out the door a real adventure.
Shipping Timeframes & Challenges
We always aim to process and ship orders within 14 business days, but our ability to do so is entirely dependent on weather and terrain conditions.
- In winter, heavy snowfall can leave us snowed in for extended periods. In the winter of 2024-2025, for example, we were stuck for over a month with no way in or out.
- Our region is a temperate rainforest, receiving approximately 66 inches of annual precipitation. That means frequent flooding and deep mud can turn our roads into a complete mess, making it impossible to get supplies in or packages out.
- If conditions prevent us from shipping on time, we’ll reach out with an update.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential shipping delays. Refunds, returns, or cancellations due to delays caused by weather or rough conditions will not be granted.
Depending on the size and weight of your package, it will typically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, unless you select a different carrier at checkout.

Refund, Return, & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and the challenges of shipping from our off-grid wilderness location, all purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we are happy to send a replacement at no extra cost—provided that you:
- Email us at [your support email] with:
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the shipping box it came in
- Photos of the packing material
- Verify the damaged/missing item via a special link we will send you (this helps us process an insurance claim for your package).
We cannot issue refunds for lost or damaged items—only replacements.
Shipping Delays & Order Cancellations
We are located in a remote, off-grid region that experiences severe winter snowstorms, heavy rainfall, and impassable muddy roads. These conditions can delay shipping beyond our standard 14-business-day fulfillment window.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping delays due to weather or terrain conditions are out of our control. Refunds, returns, or cancellations will not be granted due to these delays.
We do our best to get your package out as quickly as possible and will contact you if significant delays occur.
Out-of-Stock Items & Inventory Errors
If we make an error and an item you ordered is out of stock, you can choose to:
- Wait for restocking – Some products take months to produce, as we wild-harvest and process them seasonally. If you opt to wait, we will notify you when your order is ready.
- Receive a refund – If you prefer not to wait, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
